Our story

Milk Belly Bakery started in 2020 the year the pandemic started…. as two chefs and having our second child we wanted to actually do something for our family. A way for our kids to learn and understand about food. Our bread and pastries are inspired by our childhood. As an Asian American we wanted to incorporate our food culture into the mix.

Our method is a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors. Simple Ingredients we loved growing up as kids. We do our best to stand different and put our own twist but still keep the originality.

We hope to share this love we have for our craft with you🧡

We are located in a commercial ghost kitchen. A 200 sq. feet small kitchen unit that we call home. All of our pastries and bread are made in the house. Limited quantities are made due to space. So please understand we are just doing our best and be patient with us.
